Where this data comes from
sensor states the size only. Both our retail listing and RunCam's own shop page for the Special Edition print "Image Sensor: 1/2\" COMS Sensor" - here the misspelling of CMOS is the manufacturer's own, not the retailer's, so there is no page that states the technology correctly for this model. The base Phoenix 2's page says CMOS, but that is a different product's line and not this one's, so the word both sources garble is dropped rather than repaired: 1/2\" is what every source agrees on.
