Happymodel's own product post prints the labelled block: Model: OVX306, Frequency: 5.8G 48CH, Transmitting Power: 0/RCE/25mw/100mw/400mw, Power supply: DC 5V, Current (5v): <650ma (400mw), Weight: 1.5gram without antenna, Center distance of mounting holes: 25.5mmx25.5mm. power_levels_mw keeps only the steps the page states in milliwatts - the list also carries a step labelled 'RCE' between 0 and 25 whose power is never given a figure. frequency_range keeps the 5.8 GHz class label this column uses for the band; the two Betaflight vtxtables pasted on the same page (SmartAudio and Tramp) run from 5333 MHz (LOWRACE L1) to 5917 MHz (Raceband R8). No antenna connector is recorded: the page says only that the module is 'the same size as whoop_vtx and whoop_vtx_hp, and the interface are also exactly the same', which is a compatibility statement about two other boards and not this one's own spec. Sold as the replacement for the discontinued whoop_VTX and whoop_VTX_hp, and the transmitter the Cine8 kit has shipped with since 25 Feb 2022. Runs the open-source OpenVTx firmware, so both SmartAudio and Tramp are supported and detected automatically.
