HDZero Whoop V2
Of the 10 other 5.8 GHz HDZero video transmitters in our database, none has a lower maximum power than the Whoop V2 (200 mW, 23 dBm), 7 the same and 3 a higher one; the class median is 200 mW. The Whoop V2 steps through 25 / 200 mW, which is 14 / 23 dBm: the top level is 9 dB above the lowest, about 2.8x the free-space range on the same antennas.

Where this data comes from
Second source 2026-09-23: HDZero's own page for this transmitter - which lives at /product-page/hdzero-whoop-lite-v2-vtx although the product on it is the Whoop V2 - prints a Whoop V2 / Whoop Lite comparison table: RF Power Output 25 mW / 200 mW, Frequency Range 5.725-5.850 GHz, RF Connector Secured U.FL with brass bar, Video Connector MIPI, Size 31x31 mm (29x29 inner), Mounting Pattern 25.5x25.5 mm (M2), Weight 5.4 g (5.1 g w/o wires), Board Thickness ~1.6 mm, Power Input 3-12.6 V (1S-3S), Power Consumption 5-6 W. It confirms the 200 mW, the 25.5x25.5 pattern and the 5.4 g this page already published. weight_g stays 5.4, the as-shipped figure with the pre-soldered harness; the HDZero VTX User Manual v1.1 (linked from hd-zero.com/document), p2 'HDZero VTX Products' table rounds the same board to 5.3 grams and the product page gives 5.1 g without wires. channels is the manual's 'All VTXes support R1-R8, E1, F1, F2 and F4 channels' (p8). HDZero states this VTX has no reverse-polarity protection circuit, which it calls the number one failure cause. power_draw is the maker's own supply figure, 'Power Consumption: 5~6W' in the Whoop V2 column, read 2026-10-17; it is the VTX's input draw, not its RF output.
