iFlight BLITZ 5.8GHz 1.6W VTX
Of the 81 other 5.8 GHz analog video transmitters in our database, 55 have a lower maximum power than the BLITZ 5.8GHz 1.6W VTX (1600 mW, 32 dBm), 5 the same and 21 a higher one; the class median is 800 mW. The BLITZ 5.8GHz 1.6W VTX steps through 25 / 400 / 800 / 1600 mW, which is 14 / 26 / 29 / 32 dBm: the top level is 18 dB above the lowest, about 8.0x the free-space range on the same antennas.

iFlight BLITZ 5.8GHz 1.6W VTX VTX table for Betaflight
The band and channel frequencies and power levels as iFlight publishes them for IRC Tramp control. Paste the CLI commands into Betaflight's CLI tab, or load the JSON file in Betaflight Configurator's Video Transmitter tab. How it works: setting up a VTX table in Betaflight.

Source: https://shop.iflight.com/index.php?route=product/product/download&download_id=244 — iFlight's own Instructions PDF (BLITZ 1.6W VTX Manual.pdf), linked from the Downloads list of the shop.iflight.com product page, read off the page's drawing coordinates. Five bands of eight, 40 slots, A/B/E/F/R. iFlight's page states 48 channels twice and its own manual's grid prints no L band; the grid is stored as printed, so the L band (5362-5621 MHz on the Whoop 1.6W manual's grid) is not in this table and a pilot who needs it has to add a band. The four power values are the manual's Specs line, 'Power levels: 25mW/400mW/800mW/1600mW' - the page's leading PIT is a mode - and 1600 is labelled 1W6 for Betaflight's three-character label. The manual's LED legend is the same copied 25/100/200 block that the Whoop 1.6W manual prints and is not this radio's levels. Band names are Betaflight's own for the letters the manual prints; the manual prints the letter only.. Transmitting is only legal on the frequencies and power your country allows; see VTX frequency bands.

Where this data comes from
iFlight's own product page prints the labelled block: Input voltage: 7V~34V, Interface: MMCX, Power levels: PIT/25mW/400mW/800mW/1600mW, Channels: 48 (including Raceband), Mounting pattern: 30.5x30.5mm/Φ3, Lightweight: 18.9g (excluding antenna), VTX telemetry: IRC Tramp. channels was 40 off the retail listing and is 48: the manual's frequency table (BLITZ 1.6W VTX Manual.pdf) is six bands of eight, A-B-E-F-R-L, and the page says 48 twice. model is iFlight's own name for the radio: the retail title 'Blitz 30x30 25-1000mW+ 5.8GHz - MMCX' prints a top step of 1000mW+ for a radio whose maker lists 1600 mW, and a 30x30 class for a board the maker measures at 30.5x30.5mm. The slug keeps the name it was minted with. max_power_mw 1600, mount_mm 30.5x30.5mm and weight_g 18.9 were already right and are now cited to the manufacturer; the manual rounds the same weight to 19g. The manual's LED legend reads '1 flash=25mW, 2 flashes=100mW, 3 flashes=200mW', three steps that are not this radio's four - the same boilerplate legend appears in the BLITZ Whoop 1.6W manual, so it is a copied block and not a fifth and sixth power level.
