Manufacturer bench figures (Happymodel bench, 25000 KV on a Gemfan 1219 31mm at 1S (3.7 V) and on a Happymodel 40mm 4-blade at 2.6 V; 5 current steps per prop (1.03-4.41 A and 1.02-4.53 A), throttle not published); real-world thrust varies with ESC, battery sag and prop condition.

Where this data comes from

The rows are Happymodel's own bench table, published as an HTML table in the body of its product post on happymodel.cn - the first brand in this dataset whose bench data is markup rather than a photographed sheet, so every figure here is the source's own text. The template is a no-load block (2 V, its current, its speed and the KV that measurement implies) repeated beside a run of Voltage / Current / Thrust / Efficiency / Power rows and the propeller. It steps CURRENT, not throttle, and publishes no per-row RPM, so both those columns are empty here. No spec-block cross-check is possible on this brand: Happymodel's Specifications blocks state no maximum power and no maximum current. Every row reproduces its own printed power as Voltage x Current to within 0.01 W, and its printed efficiency as Thrust / Power. This post's table is the one Happymodel lays out differently - Model / No-load test / Propellers first, and Power BEFORE Efficiency, where its other motor posts put Efficiency first - so the column order was taken from each table's own header and checked by arithmetic rather than assumed from the brand. The 25000 KV block's no-load test is "0.45A 50840RPM @2V 25420KV". Identity with Happymodel's own Specifications block is six figures our RaceDayQuads listing reprints to the digit: the 8 mm x 2 mm stator, 25000 KV, a 1.0 mm shaft, 9N12P, Ø10.5x14.9 mm and 1.7 g. Two source facts recorded rather than repaired: the 40mm 4-blade run on this winding is benched at 2.6 V where every other run on the sheet is at 3.7 V (the 22000 and 19000 KV windings run the same prop at 3.7 V), and the table labels all three windings "One-Piece Design" where the block beside it describes a double E-clip design. The sheet also carries 22000 and 19000 KV windings of this same product, which this catalogue publishes no page for; their rows are not here because this page is the 25000 KV listing.
