1002 FPV Motors
4 motors with a 1002 stator from 4 brands, typically spinning 40-65mm whoop/micro props. They weigh 2.45–2.5 g and come in 14000–23500KV windings. The name is the stator size in millimetres: a 1002 stator is 10 mm across and about 2 mm tall.
| Brand | Model | KV options | Weight | Cells |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Happymodel | EX 1002 | 20000 | 2.45 g | 1S |
| Flywoo | Robo 1002 | 19800, 23500 | 2.5 g | 1S |
| HGLRC | SPECTER 1002 | 21000 | 2.5 g | 1S |
| RCINPOWER | GTS-V3 1002 | 14000, 19000, 22000 | 2.5 g | 1S |
1002 thrust from manufacturer bench tests
4 of these motors come with the manufacturer's own thrust test. Each row is that motor's peak-thrust point, the prop and battery it was measured with, and the efficiency at 50% throttle in the same test. Every brand runs its own bench with its own props, so compare rows that share a prop and cell count; this is not one like-for-like test.
| Motor | Max thrust | Thrust ÷ motor weight | g/W at 50% | Tested with |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RCINPOWER GTS-V3 1002 | 115 g | 46.0× | 3.26 | 14000KV, Gemfan 2015R*2, 2S |
| Flywoo Robo 1002 | 93 g | 37.2× | 3.4 | 23500KV, GF2015R*2, 1S |
| HGLRC SPECTER 1002 | 88 g | 35.2× | 3.44 | 21000KV, GF2015R*2, 1S |
| Happymodel EX 1002 | 55 g | 22.6× | — | 20000KV, Gemfan 2015-2 2-blade propeller, 1S |
